Aside from a body detox not being quite as easy as some people think, starving your body of nutrients for days cannot be healthy. It is also unlikely to fully detox your system too, after months of toxic build up.

Being sensible on a daily basis, sticking to “little but often” , will keep you on the right track, and goes a long way to making sure your cell nutrition is at it’s peak, and that any unwanted waste is properly flushed from your system.

So, the question is – how does somebody go about doing a detox?

The recommended quantity is a daily minimum of 2 litres of water (and tea, coffee & juices don’t count)

Combine antioxidants and water with plenty of fibre, and you’re on your way to minimising the toxin levels in your body.
