90 day plan…eating one meal for 90 days? yeah you might not like it but img going to try it..starting today..i won’t be eating anything until i take my acai pure pills…im going to do it for 90 days…no joke…

thanx for the comment..and i’ve watched you latest videos on how you lost all that weight good job..but yeah anyways i lost 180 ibs..on my 14th birhday..by eating one meal a day..i mean i think it is the reason i probobly gained 50 ibs back after my 19th b day b/c i gave up but i stayed on it for 5 years..i had to push myself on it..but it was okay for me though..but thanks for the comment..
Okay, I wont say its not healthy, but im going to tell you that It wont work… because you’ll deprive yourself so bad that you’ll end up giving up..There is no quick fix on weight issues..You dont have to set time limits.. just know how much you need to lose and work on it!
WEight loss requires lifestyle change.. there’s no going back to your old way of eating even after you’ve lost what you needed. I know this by experience. Kept the weight off for nearly a year now. good luck!
