If i am 13 years old is it ok or not to take the acai berry detox capsules?

Please help i HAVE to lose wieght but my question is well….is it okay if i drink it… my mom bought them for her but i asked her if i can use them and she said ok but im not sure Please help!!!!!!!

It’s all a scam. The only thing one loses, is his or her money.
DONT!!!!!!! it could endanger your life later. my mother is a nurse..and she told me it could harm you later in life. just set up an excercise plan..
Remember you are 13!! Your body is at an age when it is changing and your weight is stabalising..
If I were in your shoes, I would eat 3 meals a day (nice size and healthy options) and excersise regulary (4 times a week maybe go for 1/2 hr jog).
Dont take food supplements unless you really need to as you are 13 and it isnt a natural option..
You can do this yourself by eating healthy and treating yourself now and then to a naughty treat but you must excersise…
Start with a walk, then a power walk, then a jog and finally a run.
Give yourself a relaistic target so you dont try to achieve something that you wont be able to –
Have an 8 week chart and do as I say and I bet within the 8 weeks, you will feel better, lighter, more energy and it may be a new you…
Good luck and remeber, you are 13… you can change your bad habits now and do it yourself without those tablets!!
